Constitutional lawyer Greg Craven flags concerns with Voice to Parliament wording

A constitutional lawyer who supports the Voice to Parliament says he is likely to complain to the electoral commission about the wording of the referendum question.

The most prominent concerns have come from constitutional lawyer Prof Greg Craven.

He claimed the Voice's power to advise the executive government was not made clear enough in the question that will be put to voters.
